One reason I left DotEasy for Dreamhost was a series of bad support experiences -- responses sometimes took days, were written in semi-legible grammar, and they suggested, whenever I had a problem, that I abandon my blog and start over from scratch. And finally, once my MySQL tables were suddenly erased, I had to to just that. Last night, service went out on my blog, and so I wrote to Dreamhost to say, "buh?" And then three hours later, I heard back: Hello Matthew, Well, isn't that polite. So far, I'm cautiously satisfied with Dreamhost.
