So, our DSL contract is about to expire, and I'm thinking about jumping ship. Even though SBC, with whom we had a particularly nasty experience, has morphed into AT&T, I still don't have any confidence in AT&T's customer service skills. Speakeasy got bought by BestBuy, so that's out. Comcast has weird cable-bundling things that make no sense, and they want to send someone to your house if you have more than one computer, so that's out. Earthlink seems expensive. I wanted to compare them with my last AT&T bill, so I tried to log in and got this: We're Sorry. We cannot process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. Go To AT&T.com I hate Internet.
