A few months ago, I switched from Doteasy to Dreamhost, and I must say, I'm very pleased that I did. I had a little MySQL issue yesterday and not only did they respond quickly, and not only did they apologize very very sweetly, but they also offered the most soothing tech support I've ever received: "you don't need to worry about this anymore," they wrote, and I felt all warm and safe like someone had just given me an oversized teddy bear.
