41 Day Waiting Period

Yesterday, I got a response to a Muni complaint that I filed on January 24 -- that's a lag of 41 days between complaint and acknowledgment. Here's a new one; I wonder how long a response will take.

Hi,

This morning at 9:25 I observed two 21 buses performing their runs while bunched immediately adjacent to each other, with no gap in between. The vehicle numbers were 5602 and 5551. Stricter schedule enforcement on this line would be greatly appreciated.
