How to create a Schoko-Saftige Brownies
The typically juicy chocolate brownies are also a real treat on domestic tables and succeed with this recipe.
Saftige Schoko Bwonies
Ingredients for 8 portions:
- 4 pcs eggs
- 85 g dark chocolate
- 170 g butter
- 180 g caster sugar
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 140 g flour (smooth)
- 1 pinch salt
- 85 g semi-bitter chocolate
Preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients, baking tin tin/springtin with butter and lightly floured and preheat the oven: at about 170°C when heated and low.
- Finely chop the chocolate and melt together with the butter in a small saucepan at a moderate temperature, stirring. Remove from the heat and stir smoothly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a blender, then stir in the melted chocolate until the mixture is fluffy. Finally, add salt to the flour (stir briefly) – preferably by hand with a whisk, so that you do not stir too much.
- Finally, spread the mixture in the mould (half baking tray) and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool after baking. The finished brownies are still a bit specky/moist or very juicy inside. Finally cut pieces and serve.
