How to create a Schoko-Saftige Brownies

The typically juicy chocolate brownies are also a real treat on domestic tables and succeed with this recipe.

Saftige Schoko Bwonies


Ingredients for 8 portions:


  • 4 pcs eggs
  • 85 g dark chocolate
  • 170 g butter
  • 180 g caster sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 140 g flour (smooth)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 85 g semi-bitter chocolate

Preparation:


  1. Prepare the ingredients, baking tin tin/springtin with butter and lightly floured and preheat the oven: at about 170°C when heated and low.
  2. Finely chop the chocolate and melt together with the butter in a small saucepan at a moderate temperature, stirring. Remove from the heat and stir smoothly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a blender, then stir in the melted chocolate until the mixture is fluffy. Finally, add salt to the flour (stir briefly) – preferably by hand with a whisk, so that you do not stir too much.
  4. Finally, spread the mixture in the mould (half baking tray) and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool after baking. The finished brownies are still a bit specky/moist or very juicy inside. Finally cut pieces and serve.
